Please note our current consultation hours are:

To request a non-urgent appointment, complete the online booking form with at least 24 hours notice. If you need an appointment within 24 hours or would like to discuss options outside our regular consultation times, please contact us on WhatsApp (06 23615882) or at info@mokummobilevet.com.

Confirming an appointment
Once you have submitted the form, we will receive your request and will confirm your appointment as soon as possible.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so more than 24 hours in advance so that we can help other patients. Thank you for understanding.

Preparing for an appointment
Before an in-home visit, we ask that you send your pet's previous medical records and list of medications to info@mokummobilevet.com. Please also see the FAQ page for tips on how to be ready with your pet(s) when the vet arrives.

During the hour before your appointment, we ask that you remain available by phone in case there are delays (e.g., traffic) in arrival time. We appreciate your flexibility with this.
